Retouched after compositing

To get the look of younger skin, I patched the forehead from the painting all over the lady's face. I also gave her a subtle nose job
(keeping her nose ring) and made eyebrows from the hair of the painting. Lady's hair was pieced together from the painting, and
I narrowed her shoulders, repairing the design on the jacket afterward.
